Who we are

Chaos Creatures Breeding is a small reptile breeding program and Chaos Creatures Rescue is an exotic-animal rescue, both based in Michigan, USA and reached through chaoscreaturesmi.com. By using the site or our services you agree to these terms.

Website use

Content on this site is for information. Animal listings show availability at the time of writing and may change. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access other people's data, or submit false applications.

Applications and inquiries

Submitting an adoption, surrender or purchase inquiry does not create a contract. We review every application and may decline any placement or sale at our discretion, with animal welfare as the deciding factor.

Sales, health guarantee and live arrival

Animals are sold only to adults 18 and over, in person or by arranged delivery, under a written Terms of Sale provided with each animal. Our health guarantee and live-arrival terms are stated in that document, including the requirement to report any issue within two hours of delivery with photo and video evidence.

Rescue surrenders

Surrendered animals become the responsibility of Chaos Creatures Rescue on handover. We operate a zero-judgment intake policy and do not disclose surrender details publicly.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, our SMS consent terms apply: message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

Liability

Reptiles and exotic animals carry inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, Chaos Creatures is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from animals after they leave our care, beyond what the written Terms of Sale provide.
