Text message (SMS) consent

Effective November 6, 2026.

How Chaos Creatures collects permission to text you, and what we send.

Chaos Creatures Breeding and Chaos Creatures Rescue use text messages only to keep you updated on things you asked us about: adoption and surrender applications, animal inquiries, pickup or delivery arrangements, and reminders for appointments you booked. We do not send marketing texts and we never sell or share your number.

How consent is collected

Every form on our website that asks for a mobile number includes an unchecked box like the one below. You must tick it yourself before we will text you. The exact wording shown to you is:

I agree to receive text messages from Chaos Creatures about my application, inquiry or order at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms.

We may also offer a QR code at our facility and at events that opens the same form with the same checkbox.

What you will receive

A one-time confirmation that you opted in.
Status updates on your application or inquiry (received, under review, approved, scheduled).
Pickup, delivery or appointment reminders.
Replies to questions you text us.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts, or HELP for assistance. You can also email rescue@chaoscreaturesmi.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
